My real estate career dates back to 1999 when I first started working with a large real estate company. In 2010, I embarked on my own path and opened Lunar nepremičnine.
Working independently has allowed me to spend more time with each client individually and thus offer a higher quality of service. My business travels are taking me all over Slovenia, but I am mostly based on the Coast, where my real estate agency is based.
In addition to negotiation and communication skills, the real estate business requires extensive knowledge of various real estate legislation, knowledge of market conditions, and a complete overview of the real estate market.
Clients face a lot of questions and problems before buying or selling a property, such as obtaining various permits, drawing up contracts, arranging driveways, arranging borders, finding a suitable price, paying various taxes, and much more.
People are not often involved in buying or selling property in their lives, so I sensed that they find themselves in situations that they cannot handle. They either lack the knowledge to do so, or simply the time. In such cases, it is best to seek help from a person who has all these skills and combines them with experience.
